If you are able to collect smaller items from our showroom that would be greatly appreciated
For any orders placed with a value of more than £100 we offer a free delivery service in Jersey only. Any items ordered in Jersey and below that value may incur a £5 delivery fee.
Where items need to be ordered in and delivered to us, we will advise you when your goods are in-store and ready to be delivered in order to confirm the date and time of delivery to your home.
Re the Purchase of Larger Items
We want you to have a great buying experience with us so please ensure that with large items including Sofas, Rugs, Dining Sets and more, you have checked that your home has suitable access for delivery.
You will be responsible for covering any costs of delivery outside of the standard 2 man delivery ( craning in, extra men etc.).
Once an order is placed and deposit paid please note it is not possible to cancel the order if the manufacturer of a bespoke item has already commenced production of your items.
For any customer orders where delivery is required to another jurisdiction, we are happy to arrange delivery to you however you will be responsible for any carriage costs and also any taxes you will need to pay in your home country. Please give us a call if you are unsure and we can work through an order personally with you and offer you a quotation with delivery costs and lead times detailed.
