We are a small team of dedicated experts in our field offering a range of services to help you familiarise yourself with our island and settle into Jersey life.
From familiarisation days where we prepare for your visit, introduce you to the right contacts and ensure you are fully informed, we help you to make the right decision for moving and settling in to Jersey.
We represent you when identifying great properties to purchase or rent that match your specification. We do not take commission from the estate agents, so we are fully engaged in representing your best interests.
Offering a flexible interior design, staging and styling service, we will bring your property up to specification within an agreed time frame and minimum of fuss.
We can provide ongoing home interior and exterior maintenance services. Built upon years of experience and working with trusted trades and services on the island, we also now offer a management & concierge service to help maintain your property.

FAMILIARISATION – SUPPORT
We offer a combination of services to suit your needs which can include any, or, all of the following:
Initial Orientation of our island and overview of how things work. Whether you need only a quick day visit or are happy to spend a few days to ensure we introduce you to the right people, we prepare well in advance through consultation with you and doing our research, putting in place a workable itinerary. We then provide a follow up report with any other pertinent information.
Finding you a home to buy or rent.
Family matters such as nursery and school consideration. Arranging appointments and taster days with accompanied introductions if required.
Settling in service and assisting you with registration for Social Security and Income Tax.
FINDING A HOME IN JERSEY
One of your main considerations will be where to live and whether you want to initially rent or buy.
We listen carefully to your needs then do the research, liaising with estate agents and local property owners to find a selection of suitable properties. We can send you details and agree on a choice of properties to visit when in Jersey. Your time is precious and we aim to shortlist the right properties that fit your specification.
We can pick you up from the airport, or your hotel, take you to view your shortlisted properties and introduce you to the agent or vendor.
Once your property is found, we can assist in negotiation with the agent on your behalf. We do not take commission from the estate agent so are entirely working on your behalf.
We then make all the necessary arrangements, working to an agreed time frame to provide furnishing to design standard it desired, clearance of items, initial repairs, decoration and more.
INSTALLATION OF FURNISHINGS
Our team will ensure that your chosen home is presented at its best within agreed budget and within a feasible timeframe.
A transparent fee package with costing of installation is prepared in advance for approval. We then work on ensuring the property is finished to a move in stylish standard.
We can ensure the property is emptied, cleaned and re-decorated prior to furnishing and can provide all interior aspects from flooring, lighting, window treatments to furniture and accessories, bedding linens, kitchenalia and more.
The service is flexible and tailored to your needs.
MOODBOARDS & PRESENTATIONS
To assist you in the vision for the overall look and feel of your new home, we can offer mood boards & presentation packages for consideration.
FLOOR PLANS & ELEVATIONS
We use floorplans & elevations for spacial and functional awareness.
This ensures the rooms allow for a natural flow that sets out the scheme and lets you envision the final look.
Hourly fees negotiable for the more in depth designs.
OVERSIGHT & MAINTENANCE
Our team offer a maintenance package on a retainer basis whereby we can source and oversee repairs and improvements to your home (using our curated list of artisans, trades and design professionals).
Whether you need a full redesign, a new kitchen/utility and boot room, a bespoke dressing room or a bathroom/wet room with sauna facilities we can arrange the design and oversight of implementation so you don't have to!
Our service is built upon trust and experience and we are fully transparent regarding services, cost and timeframes.
From an initial quotation for arranging the installation to then maintaining your property within a retainer agreement we will take on the workload and endeavour to meet your requirements whilst ensuring full communication at all times.

OUR PEOPLE
Ginny, Gillian and Norman have spent most of their lives in Jersey and can advise on all aspects of Jersey life including social, health sports and education (our children have had the best life growing up in this lovely island). If you are interested in philanthropy we are involved with Jersey Registered Charities such as Rotary Club de la Manche and the Jersey Christmas Appeal and we look to build lasting relationships with all our clients.
Ginny spent 20 plus years in the offshore finance industry and has provided client director services to the Private Client and Private Equity Funds industry so has key knowledge on sourcing the right level of expertise to support you on your relocation to Jersey.
In addition her City & Guilds practical qualification and experience in Creative Design and Decorative Techniques plus more than 10 years experience in the Interior Design area ensures you will get beautiful residential finishes within agreed budgets and time frames!
Gillian has many years’ experience in the field of international logistics having spent more than a decade relocating clients to Dubai and catering to all the clients settling in needs - schools, doctors, social aspects, familiarisation days and more. This universal skill is now translated to support valued clients wishing to move to Jersey.
Norman is your hands on down to earth logistics/property oversight manager and having worked in the local construction industry has a breadth of knowledge and key contacts base that ensures the property maintenance side for your home is fully covered.
